“Being a foreigner, I was totally clueless as what to do about a swelling under my ear in early 2018 and fortunately for me, one of the GP who saw me referred me to see Dr Balwinder. After a thorough examination followed by CT scan and needle biopsy which was reported as benign, I had surgery done. Even though the biopsy came back as cancer, I was reassured that there is nothing to be worried and more than a year later I am convinced as the MRI just a month ago showed that my neck is clear. It looks like the surgery was meticulous and best of all there was no facial paralysis and scare hardly visible. I like his humble nature, friendly nature and his genuine concern for his patients.”
