The Dept of ORL-HNS(ENT), Sinus and Sleep Medicine is run by your experienced Otolaryngologist who has been serving patients from all over Malaysia since the year 2000. Datuk Dr Balwinder had previously headed the ENT Department at Putrajaya hospital from 2000 till 2021 and on retirement from the government he has started his practice in Taman Desa Medical Centre. Datuk Dr Balwinder is nationally recognized for expertise in a full range of medical and surgical services for people with problems of the ear, nose, sinus, head and neck. He has performed hundreds of the more common procedures, such as removal of the parotid gland (parotidectomy), repair of eardrum (tympanic membrane) perforations and nose & sinus surgery.
